What we’ve shipped.

Product updates to Envoyra: new ways to measure, track, and explain how AI recommends your brand.

Redesigned client dashboard

Improvement

Clearer weekly chart. Click any count to see the questions behind it. Running free scans no longer blocks you from starting an Audit checkout.

Buyer persona for Monitor questions

New Feature

Monitor customers can now say who in their category asks AI for a recommendation, for example "health-conscious millennial shopper" or "VP Marketing at a growth-stage SaaS." Every question in your scan is then written from that buyer's point of view, so results reflect how your real buyers ask.

Buying-stage labels when you review your questions

Improvement

The question review panel now sorts your 25 questions by buying stage (at the time: Discovery, Consideration, Evaluation, and Decision; Discovery is now called Awareness) and explains how each stage's wording tends to bring up brand names in AI answers. You can see the mix of buying questions your scan covers before it runs.

Honest counts replace percentage scores

Improvement

Reports and dashboards now show your recommendation presence (how often AI names you) as a count, for example 9 of 20 buying answers. We no longer dress it up as a percentage grade. A real count is harder to hide behind, and easier to act on.

Citation source tracking

New Feature

Scans now record which publishers and websites each AI assistant cites when it recommends brands in your category. You can see the sources behind each answer, not just the answer.

Buying-stage labels

New Feature

Newly written questions are now labeled by buying stage (at launch: Awareness, Consideration, Decision, and Purchase; the stage names have since changed) so you can see where on the path to buying you show up, and where you drop out.

Weekly monitoring dashboard

New Feature

A self-serve dashboard tracks how often AI names you, week by week. It shows trend lines, results for each AI assistant, and who is named instead of you, so you can tell normal week-to-week wobble from real change.

Follow-up questions in scans

New Feature

Scans now ask follow-up questions, the way a buyer keeps chatting, instead of one question at a time. The results better reflect how people actually ask AI for buying advice. We later retired this. Today each buyer question is asked on its own.

Coverage across several AI assistants

New Feature

Scans run across Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, with results shown for each AI assistant, because one AI can recommend a brand that another never names.

Free scan preview

New Feature

Run a free scan from the homepage to see whether AI names you today, before you buy a full audit.

Animated landing experience

Improvement

A refreshed marketing site with an animated background and motion design throughout, for a faster and more polished first impression.
