This policy explains what Envoyra collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language on purpose.

Information we collect

When you run a scan or sign up, we collect the brand and category details you enter, your email address, and the scan results we generate for you. If you upload a file (for example, a list of questions or competitors), we process it to produce your report.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the service: running scans, generating reports, and tracking your brand’s AI visibility over time. We also use your email to send results, respond to your questions, and share product updates you can opt out of at any time. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our methodology.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Third-party services

To measure how AI assistants answer buyer questions, we send those questions to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google). We use these services only to generate your results. We also rely on standard infrastructure providers for hosting and email delivery, who process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to sell your data or build advertising profiles. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account details and scan history for as long as your account is active so you can see how your visibility changes over time. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@envoyra.com, and we will remove it promptly unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
