Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Envoyra, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Envoyra”), and cover your use of Envoyra. By using the service, you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain.

The service

Envoyra measures how AI assistants answer real buyer questions in your category. We ask those questions of AI assistants, label them by buying stage, and report where your brand is recommended, where it’s absent, and which sources those answers cite. We offer one-time scans and ongoing monitoring.

Acceptable use

Use Envoyra for your own brands and lawful business purposes. Don’t resell or redistribute reports as your own without permission, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Don’t reverse engineer or decompile the service, or systematically extract or scrape the service, its outputs, or your reports. Don’t access the service by automated means except through features we provide for that purpose.

Don’t use the service, its outputs, or your reports to build a competing product, or to train, fine-tune, or benchmark AI or machine learning models.

Confidentiality of reports

Your reports are confidential. They are provided for your internal business use. You may share them with your own team and your advisors, but don’t publish or redistribute them in a way that discloses how we measure. You keep all rights in your own data.

About your results

Envoyra reports organic AI recommendations only. We don’t pay for placement or manipulate results. Your results reflect how AI assistants answered at the time of the scan and will change as those models are updated. Reports are a starting point to guide your strategy, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Intellectual property

Envoyra’s methodology, software, and report formats belong to Envoyra. The data and reports we generate for you are yours to use within your organization. You may not reproduce or commercially redistribute our methodology, scoring, or benchmark data without written consent.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, Envoyra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions you make based on your reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Service availability

We work to keep Envoyra available and reliable, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or issues with third-party AI providers may occasionally affect scans. We may add, change, or retire features over time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email hello@envoyra.com.
