About
Buyers now ask AI who to buy from.We measure which brands it names.
When someone asks an AI assistant who to buy from, a handful of brands get named and most others stay invisible. We built Envoyra to measure this honestly: which brands AI recommends, who gets left out, and what changes over time.

Golara is the co-founder of Envoyra.
She has spent much of her career trying to understand how people make decisions and what influences the choices they make. She’s especially interested in the systems that shape what we trust, discover, and ultimately choose.
As AI began changing how people find products and services, she noticed a new blind spot. Companies could measure traffic, rankings, and conversions but they couldn’t tell whether AI was recommending them at all.
Today, she helps businesses understand whether AI is including them in the conversation or leaving them off the shelf entirely.

Three steps, one job each.
We keep what we measured separate from what we think it means. Many AI visibility tools mix the two into one number without showing what was measured. We show you the answers we counted.
01
Ask
Asks AI assistants the questions buyers ask. Today that is ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity: 25 questions per focus area (a topic we track), once a week. Saves every answer, the websites it cites, and when and where it was asked.
02
Count
Reads every answer and counts what it shows: whether the brand was named, which websites each AI assistant cited, and how many answers named the brand. Per AI assistant, per topic, per week. What AI said, never guesses about why.
03
Compare
Compares this week's counts to earlier weeks. Points out what changed: an AI assistant that stopped naming the brand, cited websites that shifted, and the overall trend. Writes a one-paragraph weekly summary and one specific thing for your marketing team to look into.
What we believe
Honest measurement beats a flattering number.
We report counts, not scores. If your brand appears in 9 of 20 buying answers, we say exactly that. We don’t turn it into a grade. A plain count is harder to hide behind, and we think that’s the point.
We disclose how we got every result. How many answers, which questions, which AI assistants, and how we did it are in every report. We measure observable outcomes, and we don’t claim to reverse-engineer private models.
We include the interpretation. Data without a read on what it means is just noise. Our team pairs the numbers with what they imply and what to do next, because the goal is a decision you can act on.
